Hatters youngsters begin preparation for the season ahead
Nine new first year scholars were part of a 15-strong group who returned to pre-season training for the Town Under-18s on Wednesday morning.
Coach Paul Driver’s group finished runners-up in the Youth Alliance last term, and the young Hatters kick-off their friendly programme against Southend next Tuesday, 7th July.
Six scholars return for a second year: Liam Gooch, Alex Atkinson, Frankie Musonda, Geo Craig, Kyran McGhan-George and James Justin.
They are joined by the newest full-time recruits in the Town academy who have all experienced under-18 football last season. They are: Harry Bean, Cameron McJannet, Akin Famewo, Tyreeq Bakinson, Kavan Cotter, Jack Snelus, Freddie Hinds, James Verney and George Murray.
