Appointments available in the John Moore lounge on the 6th January
The Christmas and New Year period is past us for another year, and if you're feeling a little jaded after a month of excess, now's the time to start thinking of your health. From tomorrow, FREE health checks will be available in the John Moore Suite here at Kenilworth Rd. This service is available to people who are:
• 40 – 74 years old.
• Live in Luton or have a Luton GP.
Health checks will look at your height, weight, waist measurement, body mass index, cholesterol and glucose levels, blood pressure and pulse rate. All results given on the day and advice will be given on lifestyle issues including alcohol, smoking, exercise and diet.
Livewell Luton will be holding the first clinic at the ground between 2pm and 8pm on the 6th January 2015 followed by a clinic on the first Tuesday of each month after that.
