Football League Interactive investigating issue

Further to the issues experienced by subscribers to Hatters Player during the second half of our match against Accrington Stanley on Saturday, the FLi have issued the following statement:

"We fully acknowledge the frustrations of Luton Town fans who were unable to tune into their opening fixture on Hatters PlayerHD. The issue was thoroughly investigated from the moment that problems were raised and efforts continued throughout the weekend to pinpoint the specific error. The technical fault has now been identified and rectified centrally. Full testing will be put in place ahead of Luton’s next fixture and all efforts will be made to ensure that the problem will not happen again. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to ensure that Hatters fans thoroughly enjoy the service for the remainder of the season."

The Club have been in regular contact with the FLi since Saturday, who have offered us every assurance that the problems experienced on Saturday have been resolved. We are also looking into the possibility of offering subscribers access to a free live stream of a future Development League or Youth team fixture. Watch this space.
