Skipper in contention for Exeter visit

The Hatters will check on the fitness of captain Stephen McNulty ahead of Good Friday's game with Exeter City.

The Town skipper limped off with a hamstring problem in last Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Northampton, but the centre-half could be set for a return against the Grecians according to manager John Still.

But the boss revealed at his Thursday press conference that the Hatters will continue to be without the services of striker Elliot Lee and goalkeeper Mark Tyler over the Easter period.

Still also confirmed the Town's medical staff will check on the fitness of midfield duo Jonathan Smith and Nathan Doyle ahead of the Good Friday fixture after the pair completed 90 minutes last weekend.

But Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu, Jake Howells and Scott Griffiths all remain unavailable for selection.
