130 YEARS OF LUTON TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB

11 April 2015

11th April 1885 at the Council Chamber of Luton Town Hall it was moved that a Town Football Club be formed, to be called Luton Town Football Club. Today, we are celebrating 130 years of the Mighty Hatters.

Our 130th anniversary celebrations kick off this Saturday with the launch of our limited edition t-shirt that features our unique 130th anniversary Club crest. Celebrations will continue into the 2015/2016 season as we recognise our first ever competition after entering the 1885/86 F.A.Cup competition and our first competitive game when, on 31st October 1885, we lost 3-0 against Great Marlow.
