Cambridge win; whilst Wall and Stevenson help Darts win
The Hatters' lead at the top of the Skrill Premier was cut to one point last night following Cambridge United's 1-0 win at Tamworth.Liam Hughes' fine strike was the difference at the Lamb as Richard Money's side kept up their pursuit of the Town. United still have a game in hand, and on Saturday they travel to Dartford.
The Darts go into that match buoyed by a fine 2-1 win at promotion chasing Kidderminster with Hatters loanees Alex Wall and Jim Stevenson playing key roles. Both players went close - Wall hit the post whilst Stevenson saw a shot from distance dip just over the crossbar. It was the Darts' first league win in three months.
