Ruddock ready for return

Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu has vowed to help the Hatters gain promotion to the Football League following his return to Kenilworth Road.

The 20-year-old, who signed on a permanent basis from West Ham United on Tuesday, is now ready to push his way back in to the side.

“It’s a good deal for me; hopefully I can get a few games under my belt and push for promotion,” Pelly told Hatters Player.

“Luton are top of the league right now and it’s good to come to a winning side. Hopefully we can go on to League Two and then on.

“The main idea is to keep Luton in first place. If we can do that towards the end of the season and keep Cambridge off our heels then it will be mission accomplished.

“It’s good to have a manager who believes in you because you gain more confidence from it. John Still is a good manager who has belief in me and I hope I can pay him back.”
