Bees condemn Hatters to defeat in Youth Alliance
The Town Under-18s lost for only the second time in league competition this season after a 4-1 defeat at Barnet on Tuesday afternoon.
Having fell behind midway through the first half the Hatters equalised through Jemale McKenzie-Lowe’s tidy finish 10 minutes before the break.
After half-time the Town spurned two good opportunities and saw a goal chalked off for offside.
Following those near misses it was the Bees who upped the ante and they scored three goals in the final 25 minutes to record what Hatters manager Paul Driver described as “deserved”.
