Hatters dev squad see off Nottingham Forest
The Town development squad beat Nottingham Forest 3-1 in a friendly at Kenilworth Road on Monday afternoon.The Hatters went ahead through striker Ricky Miller in the 15th minute, and four minutes later it was 2-0 when Matt Robinson followed-up to score after Jake Howells' shot was saved.
On the half-hour two became three when Ross Lafayette converted following Robinson's right-wing cross.
Forest pulled a goal back before half-time and after the break both sides went close to adding to the score but it finished 3-1.
