Having difficulty purchasing a Cambridge ticket?

The Ticket Office have been made aware of a few issues some season ticket holders are having with the online ticketing system when attempting to purchase Cambridge tickets.

This appears to be largely due to the fact that some supporters have more than one online account. The email address and password you require to purchase are the ones assigned to your season ticket account.
 
If this is unknown, please email ticketoffice@lutontown.co.uk with a contact number and we will contact either Sunday or Monday to enable you to purchase a seat or supply to relevant information.
 
Other solutions to other problems some supporters have encountered…
 
Once successfully logged in, if the Cambridge game does not show, click ‘My Ticket Home’.
 
Once in Cambridge, change ‘Best Available’ to ‘Seating’. Select 1 seat and add to basket.
 
All seats will need to be booked individually. However, the game is unreserved Seating (ignore seat numbers on tickets).
 
Over 400 supporters have successfully used the online portal which will certainly assist the ticket office deal with demand on Monday. 

However, there are still plenty of tickets left to purchase online for those able to do so today [Sunday], and also tickets held back for purchase on Monday onwards.
