Club preparing to deal with forecast snow
With heavy snow forecast to fall throughout Saturday the Hatters are making the arrangements to help ensure the match with Tamworth goes ahead.
Groundstaff at Kenilworth Road have already covered the pitch in anticipation for the predicted early morning snowfallsnwhich is due to begin at 3am.
The pitch is in a playable condition, however, the snow – and in particular the amount that falls – could prove to be an issue. With this in mind, should the situation arise, the Club will require volunteers to help shift snow off of the pitch and from areas surrounding Kenilworth Road to enable to get the game on.
