Manager enhances his coaching line up for the new season.
Manager John Still has complemented his coaching line up for the new season by appointing Goalkeeping Coach, Jeff Wood. Wood, who also coaches the Welsh FA under 21’s and under 19’s, was previously retained as Goalkeeping Coach by Leeds United and prior to that, at Premier League Norwich City.
Wood’s playing career included English Clubs Charlton Athletic, Colchester United and Exeter City, as well as playing overseas in Finland, Denmark, Malta and Happy Valley in Hong Kong. Following his playing career, he has also coached in America, was Director of Football for the Gibraltar Football Association and managed a number of Clubs including non-league sides including a short spell at Brighton. Prior to becoming Goalkeeping Coach for Norwich, Wood ran Charlton’s European Soccer School.
