League Managers Association panel all in agreement
A panel including Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson have awarded the Hatters the F&C Investments Performance of the Week award for last Saturday's 1-0 win over Norwich City.The Town's sensational triumph over the Premier League side has been national and international news and the five-man League Managers Association panel including Sir Alex, Howard Wilkinson, Joe Royle, Dave Bassett and Barry Fry were all in agreement that the history-making win should be recognised.
Boss Paul Buckle will receive a specially engraved crystal football on behalf of the club. An interview with the manager receiving the award will be aired on Sky Sports Soccer Saturday this weekend.
Buckle has also scooped the Blue Square Bet Premier manager of the month award for January.
