Midfielder Andre Boucaud has completed his permanent transfer to Notts County for an undisclosed fee.
The 28-year-old joins the Magpies following a successful loan spell at Meadow Lane where he made 23 appearances and scored one goal.
His last appearance in Luton colours came in a goalless draw at Alfreton back in April last season. In total Boucaud made seven appearances for the Hatters.
