The defender was shown a straight red card following an incident in injury time in the 1-0 defeat at Holker Street.
The Club will await the FA's decision, which is due later this week.
After the game Town boss Paul Buckle said he would appeal the decision.
He said: "Lathaniel did nothing to him, absolutely nothing.
“As far as I can see and I was right down the line, there was nothing in it and he’s sent him off."
