Young Hatters victorious once more
A winning goal from Sean McMonagle five minutes from time secured the Hatters Under-18 their eighth win in nine league matches on Thursday afternoon.The Town had led through Zane Banton's 10th goal of the season before the Dons levelled with 10 minutes to go.
But young McMonagle, a member of the Hatters' Cedars Upper School academy, struck on 85 minutes to give the Town a double over MK Dons this season.
The victory lifts the Town up to third in the Youth Alliance table and three points behind leaders Colchester with two games in hand.
