Centre-half agrees new contract
Town defender Steve McNulty has committed his future to the club by signing a new two-year contract at Kenilworth Road.
The 29-year-old arrived at the end of January from Fleetwood Town and has been a virtual ever-present at the heart of the Hatters defence since making his debut in the 1-0 defeat at Barrow.
The Liverpool-born centre-back scored his first goal for the Hatters by netting the winner in the 1-0 victory over Stockport County in March.
McNulty captained Fleetwood to the Blue Square Bet Premier title last season and was named as the Town skipper by John Still during Ronnie Henry’s absence at the tail end of this campaign.
