The Hatters admitted the charge of breaking rule E20 (a) brought against them and have accepted the FA's stance on the matter.
The Club will be making no further comment.
The Town have been warned their conduct and have been fined £500 by the Football Association for failing to control their players following last month's defeat to AFC Telford United.
