Attacker signs up for another month
The Town have extended the loan of striker Jake Robinson for a further month from League 2 side Northampton Town. The 25-year-old will remain at Kenilworth Road until 6th November inclusive and has been given the go-ahead by the Cobblers to play in the FA Cup.
Robinson has made four appearances for the Hatters since joining the club last month.
Paul Buckle told lutontown.co.uk: "I'm delighted to have Jake here for another month. We've not really seen a lot of him since he was given his debut in the game at Alftreton, but he's a good lad and a great character to have around the place.
"With loan players you know they are coming to you having not played a lot of competitive football but Jake has worked very hard on his fitness since he has come here and he deserved to start in the last game against Lincoln.
"It was unfortunate that I decided to switch things around on Saturday by taking him off at half-time, but he's a great player and it's fantastic we can work with him for another month."
