Children’s section of our new online web shop need models
The Town are on the lookout for supporters to model our latest child-wear items in the club shop.
If your child is under 18 months old or under 8, and is up to the task then, email a photo to info@lutontown.co.uk with their full name, age and your contact phone number or email address to be in with a chance of winning.
The prize includes one framed photograph of your choice and a CD with all the photos of your child that will be featuring in our new web shop. You will also enjoy a tour around Kenilworth Road and two free tickets to a home league game of your choice.
For a chance of winning this fantastic prize don’t forget to include your child’s details and a parent/guardian’s telephone number or email address in the caption. Prize winners will be drawn on the Monday 15th October, and you must be available to shoot on Wednesday 17th October at Kenilworth Road.
Terms and conditions:
1. The parent/guardian and the prize winner will have to be available to visit LTFC stadium on the 17th October at 9am. The parent/guardian MUST accompany the prize winner at all times.
2. The parent/guardian must show proof of identity for themselves and the prize winner, in form of a birth certificate, passport or driving license. Without this we are not allowed to use the child’s photographs and you will not be entitled to any part of the prize.
3. The organiser will provide a studio setting within the stadium to take photos of the children’s merchandise for the new Hatters online shop. You will then be entitled to a session of the photographers time for your own photographs with either the child on its own or with the parents/ guardians. The parent/ guardian can decide on clothing and poses for this half an hour. The prize includes one framed A4 sized photograph of the child of the parent/guardian’s choice and a disk with all of the images taken of the child on the day. We will give you notification on the day of the delivery times of these items. You will also be entitled to two free tickets to see LTFC play a home league game of your choice. You will be provided with a voucher on the day of the photo shoot to claim these.
4. The parent/ guardian will be kept informed of the progress of the online shop and when the child’s pictures will be online. This may be done by email or telephone call.
5. By entering this competition the parent/ guardian agrees to LTFC holding the rights to the images taken on the day. These photos will only feature in our online shop and will not be used for future advertising without prior permission being granted. However, LTFC will hold the images on file for the use of the online shop for as long as it is running. You will be notified of any changes in this clause.
6. Competition entrants must be under 18 months old or under 8 years old at the time of the photo shoot and proof, as mentioned previously, will be required to gain access to the prize.
7. Competition winners will be chosen by the organiser and a member of LTFC after the competition has closed on Monday 15th October 2012 at 4pm. The parent/ guardian of the winner will then be contacted by telephone/ email on either the 15th or 16th October 2012.
