Garry Richards back in full training, Danny Spiller six weeks away, says boss

Town boss Paul Buckle has no fresh injury concerns ahead of Saturday's curtain-raiser against Gateshead.

Defender Garry Richards has returned to training following an ankle injury but the game with the Tynesiders is likely to come too soon for him to feature.

Meanwhile fellow new summer signing Danny Spiller should be back for the Hatters in about six weeks, according to Buckle.

James Dance (ankle) and Alex Lacey (shoulder) are still out but are back in training.

In other news, teenager Alasan Ann has joined Kettering Town on a month's loan.

Full report and quotes and video to follow.
