Striker Jerry Yates has today joined Sky Bet Championship club Sheffield Wednesday on loan for the remainder of the season.

The 29-year-old signed for the Town from Swansea City in the summer transfer window and has netted seven goals in 29 appearances this season.

He joins up with an Owls squad fighting against almost inevitable relegation from the second tier, as they host Wrexham in a lunchtime kick-off tomorrow.
