Safe Standing
We need to remind all supporters of Wembley’s guidelines in relation to Safe Standing.
Additional entry restrictions and a code of conduct may be implemented to assist in the management of the standing areas. This may include:
Ticket holders being required to occupy the space in front of the seat allocated to them on the ticket – Supporters cannot migrate to different spaces within the section, as would be possible on conventional terraced standing accommodation.
The area in question is for standing and ticket holders must expect that other spectators will be standing (although of course they may sit on their allocated seat before and after the activity, or during an interval or halftime break).
Sitting or standing on the barriers, or standing on the seats, will not be permitted (Ground rule 13).
Ticket holders will not be permitted to admit non-ticket holders to the section.
There is a minimum age requirement of 12 years old.
If any supporter has booked an Under 17 ticket in Safe Standing for any child who is Under 12, please contact the Ticket Office asap to enable us to move your booking.
Bobbers Coach Bookings
Coach bookings will be available through the Ticket Office until 8pm on Wednesday 8th April. If any supporter has booked spaces on the Coach and has not informed us that they are travelling with a wheelchair please also contact the Ticket Office by 8pm on Wednesday so the necessary arrangements can be made.
Audio receivers
Please note audio description receivers and mini-induction loops can be collected from one of Wembley’s information booths on the internal concourse on the day of the match. For further information and location of the information booths, please visit Wembley’s dedicated page on audio descriptive commentary.
