Rob Edwards’ Hatters will be wanting to get back to winning ways after going three games without victory.

Narcís Pèlach’s Potters are winless in their last five games while only scoring three goals since their last win.

The opposition

36-year-old Pèlach took charge of Stoke in September for his first head coach role in English football, following stints in the coaching set-up at Huddersfield Town and Norwich City.

The Catalan head coach picked a starting line-up which had an average age of under 23 in their defeat at Sunderland, which was their fifth game without a win.

It was an unfortunate end to Stoke’s visit to the Stadium of Light, as a deflected winner in the 86th minute from 18-year-old Tommy Watson handed the high-flying Black Cats their first victory since October.

After picking up just three points since their last win at Blackburn in November, the Potters head to Kenilworth Road currently occupying 15th place in the Championship.

How to follow live

There are multiple ways to watch, listen or follow all the action from Kenilworth Road.

Subject to availability, there are tickets still available to be with us on the night. These are on general sale to supporters with a previous purchase history before 1st November and all Hatters members.

If you cannot join us and are following from overseas, you can watch the game live on LTFC+.

Not at Kenilworth Road and not based abroad? You can still listen to the match live with Simon Pitts or follow game updates on our dedicated Match Centre, which will appear on the website and app home page in the build-up to kick-off.

Last time we met

Luton took all three points the last time Stoke visited Bedfordshire in February 2023.

Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu’s early long-ranger proved to be the difference for Edwards’ side as we cemented our place in the top six of the Championship.

Officials

The referee for our fixture against Stoke will be Tom Nield.

70 yellow cards and no red cards have been handed out by Nield across his 15 games this season.

Our last fixture with Nield in the middle was at Kenilworth Road against Sunderland in October.
