Hatters boss Rob Edwards makes three changes to the side that lost 3-1 at Plymouth on Friday night with Victor Moses, Marvelous Nakamba and Jacob Brown installed into the starting XI.
It’s a full debut for Moses who replaces Reuell Walters at wing-back while Nakamba is restored to the side after being an unused substitute on Friday.
Brown, meanwhile, makes his first start for Town since the 3-2 home defeat to Chelsea in December last year.
Striker Elijah Adebayo leads the line in what is his 150th appearance for the Hatters since signing from Walsall in 2021.
Oxford including former Town man Peter Kioso in their starting line-up, while former Hatters loanee Matt Ingham on the bench.
