Development squad striker Aribim Pepple has joined National League side Southend United on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 21-year-old Kettering-born forward joined us from Cavalry FC in the summer of 2022 but has yet to make a senior appearance for the club since arriving at Kenilworth Road.
However, he gained EFL experience on loan at Grimsby Town in the first half of the 2022/23 season and spent time on loan in the National League with Bromley and in Scotland with Inverness Caledonian Thistle last term.
Bim joins up with former Hatters boss John Still, who is Head of Football at Roots Hall, and ex-Town winger George Moncur, who joined Southend last week from Leyton Orient.
The Shrimpers head to AFC Fylde on Saturday lying 13th in the fifth tier.
