Hatters boss Jack Wilshere makes nine changes to the team that won 1-0 at Northampton on Saturday for the Vertu Trophy fixture against Brighton Under-21s.
The manager gives 16-year-old youth team defender Fin Evans his debut in the heart of the defence, while James Shea captains the side in goal.
Hakeem Odoffin makes his first start for the Town at right-back and there are starts in midfield for Marvelous Nakamba and Liam Walsh. Jerry Yates leads the line.
On the bench are goalkeeper Lucas Thomas, 17, Harry Fox, 18, and 19-year-old Jack Lorentzen-Jones.
