Luton Town defender Teden Mengi has been selected for England Under-21s' preparation camp at St George’s Park next week.
The 23-year-old will join up with the group on Saturday 31st May, with the final squad selected by head coach Lee Carsley for the UEFA European Under 21 Championships due to be confirmed on Wednesday 4th June.
Teden will hope to add to his three U21 caps in the Euros taking place in Slovakia from 11-28th June.
Having already been capped 17 times up to Under-20 level, he made his U21 debut in a 7-0 win over Luxembourg at Bolton in March last year, before appearing in friendlies last November against Spain and the Netherlands.
England are defending European champions after winning the 2023 tournament with a 1-0 victory over Spain in the final. They topped their qualification group, finishing a point ahead of Ukraine, and will take on Czech Republic, Germany and Slovenia in Group B of this year's event.
Well done and good luck, Ted!
