After earning a point in a 1-1 draw against Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday, Town are two points from safety.

Hull also find themselves on 45 points, though their superior goal difference means they are a place above the Hatters ahead of the game.

The fixture is the penultimate one both teams will play this season and you can find details on how to purchase your match pass at the bottom of the page.

On facing Hull: “I’ve got to be honest, I think we’ve been a touch unfortunate with certain teams, when Reading came here, I think they didn’t start very well and there was a kind of realisation for them that, hang on, we could get sucked in here if we don’t get a result, and they’ve really went for it against us and we were on the back of two massive away performances and got a bit unlucky.

“QPR, they had probably one of their worst performances they’ve had against Sheffield Wednesday on the weekend and then they had a retaliation against us, so we have no idea how Hull prepare, but that won’t come into it anyway, it’s all about us, we’ve tried to concentrate since I’ve come into the club, not just now, but since 2016, on us being the best version of ourselves and that's imposing ourselves and that's what we've tried to do and that won’t change for this weekend.”

On the Tigers’ defeat to Wigan: “It was a shock. We’ve had a couple here where we’ve been the ones dishing out the eights and sevens, also been on the end of a seven and they’re difficult results to take. What I imagine Grant will be looking for is a reaction now, how big a reaction he gets I don’t know.

"What we can’t do is second guess that, we have to be prepared and ready ourselves and if we play to the maximum of our ability and then we come short, then we hold our hands up. What would be a real shame is if we don't turn up the weekend and we allow Hull to get a foothold in the game and that’s what we don’t want.”

On the fitness of Glen Rea and Izzy Brown: “They’re both closer to being available than they were on Tuesday night so we will just have to see. Glen was a real precaution really, we gave him a little bit more time, probably could have pushed him back for Tuesday so we will see. At the minute, not made any selections yet.”

Who?

Hull were plying their trade in the top flight up until 2017 and they have remained in the Championship since. In the last six seasons prior to this campaign, the Tigers played three of those in the Premier League.

They were also FA Cup runners-up in 2014, when they narrowly lost 3-2 to Arsenal at Wembley Stadium.

When and where?

Kick-off is 3pm on Saturday 18th July at the KCOM Stadium.

Man in the middle?

The referee for tomorrow's game is Robert Jones - who has taken charge of 32 games this season and dished out 105 yellow cards.

Played before?

The two sides met in September at Kenilworth Road and Hull were 3-0 victors on the day, though the all-time head-to-head between the teams is equal, with 16 wins apiece.
