Young Hatters goalkeeper Liam Coyne has rejoined Southern League Division One Central side Biggleswade FC on an initial 28-day youth loan.

The 19-year-old, who was born in Luton during his dad Chris’ seven-year stint as part of the Town’s defensive back-line but raised in Australia, has featured in the Under-21 squad over the past two seasons, keeping a clean sheet in the recent Beds Senior Cup win over Dunstable Town.

He started the current campaign on a youth loan at Bigglewade, making two appearances for the side who currently sit sixth, one place outside the play-offs, as they travel to struggling Enfield today.
