Due to the complicated procedures involved, the EFL are not able to guarantee that email addresses which have not been added into their systems by the date of the next import will be able to be included for automatic access to games.
As such, we must provide them with any outstanding email addresses by the close of business on Friday.
If you have already checked that your iFollow email address matches the address on your season ticket holder account or you have been able to view recent games without the use of a code, you don’t need to do anything.
If your season ticket holder account does not match your iFollow account, please let us know by midday on Friday 13th November - contacting the ticket office by email ([email protected]), so we can update our records.

We would urge any supporters who have not checked that their details match, to do so as soon as possible.
