Manager Jack Wilshere has made five changes to the team that drew 1-1 at Port Vale on Saturday for tonight's Vertu Trophy semi-final against Northampton Town.
Hakeem Odoffin comes into the starting line-up for the first time since Bolton at home in November, after appearing as a late substitute at Vale Park.
Mads Andersen also returns to the backline after missing the weekend through a knock suffered in last week's quarter-final win over Plymouth, while James Shea continues in goal as he has done in all of the Trophy games so far this season.
Davy van den Berg comes into midfield for his second start in a Luton shirt, with Gideon Kodua returning to the attack after injury prevented him from featuring at Port Vale.
Town: Shea, Odoffin, Andersen, Naismith (C), Walsh, van den Berg, Clark, Kodua, Richards, Lawrence, Wells.
Subs: Keeley (GK), Morris, Lonwijk, Cole, Saville, Johnson, Palmer.
