Good Friday in the Sky Bet Championship takes Luton Town to Pride Park for a relegation six-pointer against Derby County, live on Sky Sports Football in the UK (Friday, 12.30pm).
Matt Bloomfield’s Hatters are three points behind Friday’s hosts, with victory being the perfect response to last week’s defeat against Blackburn Rovers.
John Eustace’s Rams were in desperate need of points when they won four consecutive games to push themselves above the drop zone.
The opposition
Eustace replaced Paul Warne at the Pride Park helm in February and had a baptism of fire with back-to-back defeats against Millwall and Middlesbrough.
The four matches that followed had the desired impact that Eustace would have hoped for, with a quartet of victories moving the Rams out of the relegation zone.
Defeat at Swansea City followed before back-to-back draws with Burnley and Portsmouth keeping the hosts out of the bottom three going into Good Friday.
Marcus Harness and Jerry Yates (both pictured) are the men in form for Derby, with the latter grabbing two goals in the last three games to take his tally up to nine for the season.
Last time we met
A dramatic late turnaround by Luton meant we took all three points against Derby when we met at Kenilworth Road in December.
An 89th minute equaliser and 92nd minute winner flipped the game on its head, with Carlton Morris scoring another Kenilworth Road winner.
