The winner of the Diamond Player of the Month for October is midfielder Lamine Fanne.

The former AIK man polled almost half of the overall votes thanks to some fine performances throughout the month which included netting the winner in the 1-0 victory at Northampton and scoring in the 4-3 FA Cup triumph over Forest Green.

Lamine was presented with the trophy after Tuesday's home win over Huddersfield by Diamond Season Card holder Philip Pratt.
