The Global Hatter membership is only visible to supporters who are logged into their LTFC Club Account and do not have one of the following set as the country in that account: United Kingdom, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man or Russia.

You can watch all 46 league and 3 Vertu Motors Trophy games with a Global Hatter membership. This is available to all supporters outside UK, Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and Russia; and is regardless of any matches selected for domestic or international broadcast.

In store When welcome packs arrive they will contain a new membership card to use as proof for discount in the club shop. If you do not claim a membership pack, you can use your email receipt of purchase to claim your discount.

Online Your discount is tied to the email address you used to purchase your membership, as long as you login with that you'll automatically receive your discount.

You will need to purchase at least 1 full working day prior to the fixture to guarantee access to watch it via LTFC+.

You will receive an email from [email protected]; within that you'll find the link to claim your memberships pack.

After purchasing your membership, you should receive an email within 7 days. If you haven't received you email please check your junk or spam. If the email still isn't there, please contact [email protected].

Step 1. You receive your email asking you to create an account on the membership portal. If you don't receive your email, please check your junk or spam within your inbox. If it is still not there please contact ​[email protected]. Click the link in your email and set up a password.

Step 2. Once you've created your password you can log in to the membership portal homepage where you'll see other membership options and a reminder of your benefits.

Step 3. Click GET STARTED or SELECT YOUR PACK on the homepage to view your membership pack options.

Step 4. Here you can see your membership pack choices, click REDEEM to discover more information on the packs.

Step 5. Within this page, where applicable, you can choose to add a personalisation, or continue without.

Step 6. Confirm your pack choice by clicking REDEEM, your selected pack will now be highlighted and you can proceed by clicking VIEW CART.

Step 7. In the cart you can review your items before clicking CHECKOUT.

Step 8. Complete your delivery information and accept the Terms and Conditions in the cart, then review your items then click CHECKOUT.

Step 9. You won't be asked to pay any booking, sorting or delivery fees and you can expect your pack to be delivered within 10 days.
