Retail Sales Assistant

The sucsessful candidate will maximise sales, provide excellent customer care and to assist customers in the selection and purchase of products, always adhering to club standard policies and maintaining an excellent level of face-to-face and online customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • To represent the Club to the highest standard in all daily activities
  • To liaise with senior staff to ensure the smooth running of the store
  • Ensure that you maintain professional behaviour at all times when on the premises i.e. remain calm at all times when dealing with customers and/or colleagues
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Enthusiasm and a positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or working in retail sales would be an advantage
  • Flexibility to cover store opening hours including weekends, and work in alternative locations if required.

Contract: Casual Worker, Seasonal Basis
