Catering Admin Assistant

The sucsessful candidate will assist the Catering Logistics Manager & Club Head Chef in the day-to-day admin for the department and will handle the staff check in on matchdays and events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • To liaise with LTFC employed staff and all outside staff agencies when completing a matchday rota and payroll 
  • To become a contact between the Catering Department and all other necessary departments with the Club 
  • Completion of matchday and non-match day paperwork 
  • Performing data entry roles such as distribution grids, invoice processing, stock taking and rota planning 
  • Keep current HACCP records up to date 
  • Matchday Catering staff check in 
  • Manages the department correspondence by managing telephone calls and emails 
  • Maintain records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Catering Cellar & Stock Assistant

The sucsessful candidate will help with the set up and breakdown of cellars in public and hospitality areas around the stadium, complete beer line cleaning when necessary, assist in delivering of stock around the stadium as required, provide support on match days along with assisting in the management and movement of stock.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Dimensions of the Role: 

  • Working as a team to receive, distribute and organise all on site stock throughout the stadium 
  • Assist in deliveries and ensuring they are checked off with the delivery notes and reporting and discrepancies to your manager 
  • With appropriate training, complete weekly line cleaning and cellar management 
  • Set up and breakdown of all Catering Cellars in the stadium including public bars & Hospitality areas 
  • Any other duties assigned by the Catering Logistics Manager.

Matchday Bar Supervisor

This role includes matchday food and beverage operation, stock control, dealing with customer needs, maintaining high standard of cleaning and food or beverage preparation, providing supervisory support on match days and assisting in maintaining high standard rating for food and hygiene safety.

  • Selling a range of products through the Kiosks & Public Bars 
  • Adhere to Licensing restrictions and enforce a proactive approach to Challenge 25 
  • Ensuring all kiosks and bars are closed down to a very high standard. This includes a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring all stock is secure, all equipment has been cleaned and the kiosk or bar is set up for the next match 
  • Ensuring that general housekeeping standards are maintained 
  • Report maintenance, accidents and health & safety issues using the company procedures 
  • Ensuring all cash differences and till voids are reported following the correct procedure 
  • Supervising a team within your unit 
  • Train, motivate and monitor staff performance within your area 
  • Record all wastage.

Matchday Kiosk Assistant

  • Ensuring the food preparation in kiosk and public bar areas are clean and hygienic 
  • Ensuring a high level of cleanliness in Kiosk and bars at all times including close down of units 
  • Cleaning, stock up and preparation of units 
  • Supporting the close down of public kiosks & bars to Company’s Standards, including removing and securing all stock, surfaces are cleared and clean and that all equipment is clean and presented ready for the next service 
  • Ensuring that general housekeeping standards are maintained, including cleaning of all areas 
  • Report maintenance, accidents and health & safety issues using the company procedures.

Matchday Kitchen Porter

The Kitchen Porter will assist in maintaining a high standard for food and hygiene, support kitchen staff in the preparation of food along with washing cookware utensils and cutlery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized 
  • Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts 
  • Be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations 
  • Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation 
  • Arrange equipment and produce deliveries 
  • Report maintenance, accidents, H&S and Hygiene issues to Head Chef/Catering Logistics manager immediately. 
  • Take out the rubbish 
  • Help with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when needed

Matchday Lead Chef

The Matchday Lead Chef will manage a small team to deliver a successful Catering operation, manage and maintain a high standard for food and hygiene, produce hot food to company standard in a safe and hygienic manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Liaise with the Club Head Chef and senior managers on a regular basis to ensure service standards are consistently exceeding expectations 
  • Manage event day food production in line with par levels and business needs across the locations 
  • Liaise with the culinary team to manage and control food purchasing, in a timely manner whilst undertaking the company approved ordering methods and channels 
  • To ensure that all management stock reports are completed in line with the requirements of the organisation and are a true and accurate reflection of the stock holding at any given time 
  • Creating exceptional quality fresh food - using local produce & seasonality.
