Originally a defender, Tom developed into a promising forward who has done well at youth and Reserve team levels with Middlesbrough.
He was the eighth member of Boro's 2004 FA Youth Cup-winning side to progress to first team level, following James Morrison, Tony McMahon, Andrew Taylor, David Wheater, Matthew Bates, Adam Johnson and Jason Kennedy.
He has previously spent spells on loan with Wrexham and Hartlepool United.
With first team opportunities limited at the Riverside Stadium, the young striker joined the Hatters on loan in October 2008 making an immediate impact by scoring two goals in his debut at Grimsby Town.
The striker had taken a shine to life at Kenilworth Road and in January 2009 Craddock agreed to sign permanently from Boro for a fee of £80,000.
