A winger capable of playing centre back, full back, or in attack who joined on a free transfer in August 2008.
Having plied his trade across Europe with Montpellier HSC, Racing de Santander, Deportivo Alaves and FC Vaduz of Liechtenstein, Claude moved to Swindon Town for a brief spell.
He was then off again in July 2007 to Peterborough United and was a regular in the League 2 promotion winning side, starting 25 league games.
A favourite with the Kenilworth Road crowd the Frenchman scored the Hatters' winning goal in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final against Scunthorpe United in April 2009.
He continued in fine style down the right-hand side of midfield in 2009/10 finishing with nine goals including a remarkable second-half hat-trick in a 6-1 win at Ebbsfleet in March 2010.
