Town boss Gary Brabin has been talking to the press ahead of tomorrow's FA Cup with Budweiser game against Hendon.
The manager is looking for a decent cup run in a competition he still holds in high regard: "At times, people have tried to knock it down a little bit but we all still have aspirations of achieving something great in the FA Cup and I'm no different. We haven't got a massive squad at the moment so we'll be picking the strongest side available.
"It's about winning football games whether it's in the cup or the league, we just want to get into a winning mentality. I think that is important. We are not in the position where we can rest too many but we've got a good group of players and we'll be picking a side that we think is strong enough to win the game."
Keith Keane (ankle) and Shane Blackett (groin), are likely to be ruled out again joining top scorer Amari Morgan-Smith, Ed Asafu-Adjaye, Freddie Murray, Alex Lawless and Dan Gleeson, although the full back returned to light training this week. John Paul Kissock comes into consideration for the game.
Brabin added: "JP has been on the fringe of things, started and few games and made a good impact when he's come off the bench as well, but he's certainly one who is banging on the door for a start.
"Just to assure everyone, he is not a central midfielder. He is an attacking player and I'm sure if you asked JP I don't think he knows what his best position is.When we've played him in a three he's been one of the attacking midfielders out wide or up front.
"He just loves football so much that he just wants to run around the pitch and get on the ball."
