Luton look set have Jaroslaw Fojut available for Tuesday's FA Cup trip to Brentford.

The Polish defender was forced off during the 1-0 win over Southend after suffering from a mild concussion.

However, the on-loan Bolton man was in training on Monday morning and will travel with the squad to Griffin Park.

The game is likely to come too soon for Paul Furlong, who has been missing with a hamstring injury, whilst Anthony Grant and Marc Wilson are ineligible to play in the competition.

The Hatters welcome Chris Perry back from suspension after the defender completed a one match suspension at the weekend.

Luton boss Kevin Blackwell is now hoping his side can keep the momentum going from Saturday's important victory.

"The whole Club felt different after Saturday," admitted Blackwell. "We are moving forward together, which is good to see. It does show what can be done.

"I think that after what has happened over the last 14 days, anybody would feel a bit of sympathy for the players.

"We had the 50-odd charges and then the players went into the Walsall game, and then two days before the Southend game we are caught in the administration process.

"But now it's onwards and upwards and we have to put all that behind us. We need to just stay focused on the job in hand."

Blackwell is also warning his players not to take Brentford for granted on Tuesday evening.

The League Two side were more than impressive in the 1-1 draw at Kenilworth Road, causing the Hatters plenty of problems.

But they were thrashed 7-0 by Peterborough at the weekend, and the Luton boss doesn't want his side to be on the end of any backlash.

"Terry Butcher was the first to admit that it was probably the best they have played all season when they came to Kenilworth Road, so we know it's going to be a tough game.

"Clearly they didn't get the result they were looking for on Saturday, a 7-0 defeat, which means they will be smarting and we have to make sure we don't get the backlash from that.

"It's amazing the amount of times when teams get a right hiding that they go on and win the next game. We will be very much guarded by that, but I am quietly confident in my team at the moment.

"We have sorted out keeping clean sheets so if we can keep doing that then there is no reason why we can't go on moving forward and upwards."
