HATTERS TARGET NEW FACES
Luton assistant boss Sam Ellis admits the Club may look to strength the squad following another away day defeat against Crewe.
The Hatters are without an away win in League One this season, and a Ryan Lowe double condemned Luton to another miserable trip away from Kenilworth Road.
And Ellis admits he is struggling to work out the big problem the Hatters squad are having in transforming their home form to on the road.
Ellis said: "I don't know what the problem is. I don't know if we are afraid, I don't know if we have a different attitude, but something has to be wrong because we can't seem to get it right away from home.
"Crewe always play decent stuff if you let them have time and we certainly let them have that time this afternoon.
"You can say that when your luck don't go for you, it doesn't go for you. The Crewe substitute has scored two goals, a player they dropped because he wasn't playing well, and we have hit the post and it goes across the line.
"However we are not good enough away from home. We are not strong enough, we are not hard enough, both physically and mentally.
"I think we will be thinking along the lines of trying to strengthen the squad. We certainly need something to change. Whether we change the team, whether we can change attitude or we can change our approach to playing. We certainly need to do something and we need to do it quickly."
