GET WITH THE PROGRAMME

Posted on: Sun 29 Aug 2010

Our new-look programme is proving to be incredibly popular and our third issue of Talk of the Town for the visit of Hayes and Yeading is packed with reading material.

To celebrate our 125th anniversary season we're going all out to focus on our rich history and celebrate the wonderful work done in our youth development and centre of excellence programmes.

The historical theme will be carried through on the front of every programme with an iconic image from our past. The Monday it's the turn of the legendary Gordon Turner.

In fact, as we commemorate this landmark season, we have no less than seven pages dedicated to the history of the club with historian Roger Wash on top form as ever to deliver a number of top notch articles.

All of your regular features will remain, too, as we hear from manager Richard Money, skipper George Pilkington and chairman Nick Owen.

We also catch up with former Hatter and now Premier League star Kevin Foley on his time at Kenilworth Road and talk to Kevin Gallen on life as one four top strikers in the Town's ranks this season.

We could go on and list all the other great things inside our new-look programme but we don't want to over excite you just yet. That can wait until Monday.

And remember, we need your content too this season.

Any photographs or dedications can be emailed in, while we're after your Hatters memories too- click here for more details.

In the coming programmes we'll also be asking for your questions to put to members of the Town squad, so keep your eyes peeled on lutontown.co.uk for news of how to get involved.

Any other feedback, good or bad, is welcomed. Just pop your views in an email across to andrew.barringer@lutontown.co.uk.
