Martin Prickett's Under-18s went down 1-0 to Northampton Town in the Youth Alliance this morning.

The narrow defeat ends the youngsters' unbeaten start to the campaign after the Cobblers scored in the opening half.

Prickett's boys rallied with Christian Tavernier rattling the crossbar with a free-kick in the second half but they could not find an equaliser.
