AS YOU WERE FOR NEWPORT

Posted on: Mon 23 Aug 2010

Richard Money has no fresh injury worries as his side go in search of a fourth straight win on Tuesday when they face newly-promoted Newport County at Kenilworth Road.

After three successive wins his side top the table and following Saturday's impressive 3-0 victory at Fleetwood the boss has another fully-fit group to choose from.

Only Kevin Nicholls remains sidelined as Money prepares to tackle Dean Holdsworth's side.

With places up for grabs and players in form the manager once again played his cards close to his chest on his selection policy.

"If I make any changes they will be changes that we feel will be necessary to deal with the opposition," he said at his pre-match press conference.

It remains to be seen who will play in goal as Mark Tyler and Kevin Pilkington continue to go head-to-head for the number one jersey.

"The competition keeps them both on their toes," the manager added.
