HATTERS TRIP SELECTED FOR LIVE TV

Posted on: Fri 20 Aug 2010

Luton Town's trip to Grimsby Town has been selected to be broadcast live on television to kick-off the Conference's new deal with Premier Sports TV.

The Hatters game against the relegated Mariners on 4th September has been moved to a 5.15pm kick-off to accommodate the live coverage. Grimsby Town were demoted from The Football League on the last day of last season and like Town, harbour hopes of bouncing back at their earliest opportunity.

They have started the season impressively, beating another of the title favourites Crawley on the opening day and then drawing last week with beaten Play-Off finalists York City. Neil Woods' side will represent a tough match for Luton Town, with the schedulers hoping this could be an early season top of the table clash.

For those who won't be able to make it to Blundell Park, you can sign up to the service on Channel 433 where three matches a month will be broadcast for the next three seasons for a monthly subscription fee of £6.99. Commentary of course will also be available through the Hatters Player live match console along with video reaction from the dressing room as soon as it is available on the final whistle.
