The Football Conference is bringing forward the release of the new Blue Square Bet Premier fixtures from next Monday…to this afternoon.

For the last few weeks we've been counting down the days 'til Monday, July 5 - the planned release date of the new fixtures, but to help lift the gloom surrounding England's World Cup exit, League bosses have moved to bring forward one of the most highly-anticipated days of the footballing calendar.

Here's how we're told things will unfold:

The Football Conference will kick things off on their official website at around 3:00pm, by announcing the list of fixtures for the opening weekend of the campaign, Saturday 14 August 2010.

Fixtures will then be dispatched to clubs and the media, with a full release of the whole term's games and dates to follow at around 4:00pm.
