Inside our match programme today director Stephen Browne pens his boardroom thoughts. We give you a taster of what to expect to read:

As fans, our vocal support can play a major role in the outcome of games and it is vital that we do our very best to support the lads at every remaining game to give ourselves the best chance of getting three points every time.

Looking around the other leagues, it can be seen that many points can be gained on teams - Norwich have done very well recently, and despite losing to Manchester United and Chelsea in consecutive weeks Arsenal are still very much in the race for the Premier League title.

It has never been truer that it is simply not over until that large lady sings! Let's make sure that we don't look back and regret that we could have done more to will on the team - there is nothing like the positive encouragement of Hatters fans at Kenilworth Road and the roar we can make.

Young players always take heart from positive support and it gives everyone on the pitch that little bit extra - the extra that can make a dramatic difference.

At this stage of the season, the absolute priority is to win. Whatever it takes. There will be no prizes unless we get points and we can assure you that this is our total focus.

This league has delivered strange results week after week - we have been on the receiving end of some, just like Oxford United were last Tuesday.

You have to move on from such results so what has happened in the past is irrelevant - we have 11 games, we all have a part to play, and we have a real chance of finishing the season on a high.
