PROGRAMMED IN

Posted on: Tue 23 Feb 2010

"Looking back on Saturday's defeat to AFC Wimbledon I think I should firstly say how proud of the players I was at the final whistle," writes Richard Money in his programme notes for the visit of Histon.

"That might sound strange to those of you who were not at the game, but I firmly believe those of you who were inside Kenilworth Road on Saturday will agree with me when I say that we were fantastic.

"Yes it was a disappointing result - all defeats are, and all defeats hurt - but I thought we did not deserve to be on the losing side following such a performance."

As well as hearing from the gaffer, captain Kevin Nicholls gives his thoughts from the dressing room while Hatters' Chairman Nick Owen reflects on an up-and-down week at Kenilworth Road.

Tuesday's issue of Talk of the Town for the visit of the Stutes is packed with exclusive features together with all your usual favourites.

Long-standing favourites from Roger Wash and Simon "Statto" Pitts are, as ever, in their rightful place.

And if you want more we've got match reports, photographs and reaction from the Town's games with York and AFC Wimbledon.

The 68-page issue is available at every home game from all the normal locations, inside and outside Kenilworth Road at the usual price of £3.

We also speak exclusively to former Town defender Steve Buckley on his career at Kenilworth Road.
