Skipper Kevin Nicholls and striker Kevin Gallen are in contention to return to the Hatters' side to face Histon tomorrow.

The duo missed Saturday's 1-0 victory at Gateshead with ankle and hip injuries respectively but Richard Money revealed today that both players have come through two training sessions unscathed.

Defender Shane Blackett is one player who won't feature at the Glassworld Stadium after limping out of Saturday's win with a groin injury after 14 minutes.

However, the injury isn't thought to be as bad as first feared.

That could pave the way for new signing János Kovács to make his Town debut against the Stutes.

In other injury news, Mark Tyler is due to see a specialist for the final time for the all-clear to resume full training following his troublesome back injury.

Liam Hatch is continuing his intensive training regime as he nears full fitness while Lewis Emanuel is making steady progress after a successful operation on his toe.
